·        When it comes to HS&E AMC believes the only acceptable performance is the Zero incidents, accidents. Reaching these goals is critical for us in our drive to attain excellence.

HS&E Core Value

·        Responsibility:     AMC top management is responsible for HS&E implementation, communication and compliance.

·        Training & Improvement:  Employees, Managers and subcontractors must be trained on deliver the project safely and respect HS&E instructions.
All of the department have and a an annualized HS&E improvement plan as part of the business development  plan.

·        Reporting:   All incidents and accidents are recorded and reported at the appropriate level, investigated and lessons shared.

·        Transparency:   Health, Safety and Environmental results are visibly communicated to everyone.

·        Measurement:   All projects are regularly audited against the AMC policy and HS&E system and standards.
